1. Agreement to Terms
By creating an account, uploading 3D assets, or hosting spatial experiences through Mithrai Spatial, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Content Ownership & License
You retain full intellectual property ownership of any 3D models, audio tracks, and images you upload to Mithrai. We do not claim ownership over your models.
By uploading content, you grant Mithrai a limited, royalty-free, worldwide license to host, transcode, and compress your models (such as converting GLB to USDZ format) for the sole purpose of displaying them in the web viewers and AR space to you and your visitors.
3. Acceptable Use Guidelines
Mithrai Spatial is designed for creative developers, designers, and brands. You agree not to upload content that:
- Contains malicious code, scripts, or viruses designed to interrupt normal browser execution or WebGL contexts.
- Violates third-party copyright, patent, or intellectual property rights. You must have appropriate rights to host the 3D models.
- Is explicitly unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or designed to impersonate another brand or individual.
4. Billing, Subscriptions, & Refunds
Mithrai offers free tiers (Starter Studio) and paid tiers (Creator Pro, Enterprise Studio). Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis.
You can cancel your paid subscriptions at any time. Paid subscription cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. We offer a 14-day refund window for initial upgrades.
5. Service Disclaimers & Limits
Mithrai provides services on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. While we utilize secure, isolated Appwrite backends and Cloudinary CDN storage to ensure maximum speed and stability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or zero latency due to hardware variations on user mobile browsers or WebXR camera frameworks.
